This new generation USB adaptor with QD and MS Teams support can connect to any headset with QD ( PLT or Jabra). It has a ringer on which allows user to hear the ring when there’s an incoming call as long as there is a sound for the softclient the user is using. It has mute, volume up and down, hang up or call button. The mute button has a LED indicator as well as the call button. The USB-C connector is also supported on this product.
