Aircraft DC Generator Test System

Aircraft DC Generator Test System

Product Overview

The aircraft DC generator test system primarily consists of a main control cabinet, power unit, DC load bank, test cables, aviation DC generator, and DC generator regulator. It is mainly used to perform performance testing and operational compatibility checks for components such as the ZF-1.5 DC generator and TY-1500 voltage regulator.

Main features

  • The ZF1.5 generator offers two power ratings based on the cooling method: it delivers an output of 500 watts under natural ventilation and increases to 1000 watts with forced ventilation.
  • During operation, the generator ensures stable voltage, smooth parallel running, and is equipped with functions to prevent reverse current, resist overload, and reduce radio interference.
  • The generator features a four-pole shunt-wound design and supports reversible rotation direction.
  • It offers flexible installation options, supporting horizontal, inclined, and vertical mounting positions.
